We will review the current competition and recent sales to determine the reasonable price range for your property. Together we will identify where within that range you should price your home given current market conditions and your particular circumstances.

My team of talented and experienced Master accredited staging professionals transforms homes for a profitable sale. We work with you to highlight your vacant or occupied home’s best attributes differentiating it from similar homes or others in the same price range. We implement a plan of action to include small-paint jobs, minor handyman tasks, and curb-appeal projects to bigger pre-market renovations. My expert team will create a model home look through optimal furniture placement, fresh lighting, striking artwork and décor–all creating a connection between prospective buyers and your home.

Targeted marketing and advertising will showcase your home and get the word out to the greatest possible number of buyers. I work with a team of in-house photographers and graphic designers to create both traditional and e-blast marketing materials.

Your home will be listed with auxiliary photos, slide shows, video tours and open houses on the Multiple Listing Service (MRIS) which serves the entire Washington Metro Area, accessible to all area Realtors.
